"Pan" de semillas: Lisa's recipe with a twist

1 cup of sunflower kernels (or walnuts)
1/4 cup flax seed flour (you can grind the flax seeds)
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 pumpkin seeds (or ther seed)
1 tbs of chia seeds (optional)
2 tbls fiber husk (psyllium husk) (think it works with 1 or 1.5 tbs also.)
1 tsp salt
2 cups of water

Mix all together.  Let sit for ten minutes.  On a baking tray with
baking paper, pour the mix thinly and then experiment with the oven
temp and baking time :)  Try to make it as thin as possible,especially
in the center.

I tried with 200 C for 15 min and then 170 for 30-40 minutes.

They are great! Very low carb, and you can eat them with lots of butter for a low carb high fat diet!
